Majestic Residence topped out, on time for 2026 completion

PETALING JAYA: Majestic Gen has successfully topped out the Majestic Residence, a freehold development near Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur. The fully sold serviced apartment development is expected to be completed by 1Q of 2026.
With a gross development value (GDV) of RM 384 million, Majestic Residence spans 0.66 acres and features 478 units. It integrates design elements from Ecuadorian Otavalo, blending sophistication with rustic elements. The Symbi-Oasis concept combines lush greenery, urban convenience and tranquillity that minimises environmental impact while maximising comfort for residents.
