Building Future Connectivity: Suling Hill’s RM30M Flyover to Boost Northern TechValley Access

Majestic Gen, together with our JV partner AME Elite Consortium Bhd, through Suling Hill Development Sdn Bhd, has started work on a RM30 million flyover. This 413-meter bridge will connect Northern TechValley @ BKE industrial park directly to the Butterworth–Kulim Expressway (BKE). It will improve traffic flow and cut travel time for businesses and residents.

This project shows how public and private sectors can work together. It supports Penang’s Structure Plan 2030 to attract high-value industries and create jobs.

Northern TechValley @ BKE covers 176 acres with a total development value of RM1.3 billion. It launched in 2024. The first phase started in July 2025 and includes one-acre, 1½-storey factory units. Completion is expected by Q3 2026.

The park focuses on sustainability. It has GreenRE certification and features eco-friendly materials, green spaces, and community facilities like a recreational park, outdoor gym, jogging track by the lake, and a multi-purpose hall.
