Strengthening Community Connectivity: Formal Agreement Signed with MPKj for Proposed Jalan Semenyih Flyover

Majestic Gen, joint effort with industry peers, successfully formalised the signing of an agreement with Majlis Perbandaran Kajang (MPKj) for the proposed construction of a new flyover at Jalan Semenyih, Bandar Tasik Kesuma, Mukim Beranang, Hulu Langat.

 

This milestone underscores a shared vision between public authorities and the private sector to address one of the area’s most pressing challenges, the traffic congestion. The planned flyover is a strategic infrastructure initiative designed not only to improve traffic flow but also to strengthen connectivity between key townships and neighbouring districts.

 

Beyond alleviating congestion, the flyover will play a vital role in supporting urban growth by enabling smoother access to residential areas, commercial hubs, and industrial zones.
