Majestic Gen H1 Town Hall 2026: Reinforcing Our Foundation, Raising Our Ceiling

On 27th March 2026, Majestic Gen brought together teams from across all regions for its H1 Town Hall, launching a new bi-annual tradition designed to connect, inspire, and energise. The theme, “Reinforcing Our Foundation, Raising Our Ceiling,” celebrated the company’s achievements while setting a bold vision for the future. The session opened with a festive Hari Raya celebration, as everyone arrived in vibrant attire, creating a warm, cheerful, and united atmosphere.

Mr. Ta Wee Dher, Executive Director, highlighted the behaviours that drive success: ownership, resilience, execution, and agility. Majestic Gen exceeded its FY2025 sales target, achieving RM1.3 billion, and was recognised among the Top 30 Property Developers in Malaysia at TEPEA 2025. Gen Rise @ JBCC also won the Southern Star Award at the StarProperty Awards 2025, showcasing strong project delivery and market leadership.

Dato’ Hoo Kim See, CEO, presented Majestic Gen’s Strategic Blueprint and Roadmap, reinforcing the town hall theme. The Majestic CHARM values: Customer-centric, Honesty, Ambitious, Resourceful, and Magnificent, were highlighted as the foundation guiding every decision and action.

Mr. Bong Fean Loo, COO, shared the Integrated Value Creation Model, highlighting how the core enablers, Governance, Talent, Process, and Performance, to drive operational excellence. This framework ensures that projects are executed efficiently, uphold the highest standards, and contribute to sustainable, long-term growth, while Ms. Grace Foo, GM Sales & Marketing (Group), highlighted FY2025 achievements and upcoming project launches, demonstrating the company’s growth momentum.

Employees participated in a Connect & Share session and a creative pledge activity, drawing personal avatars to symbolise individuality, belonging, and commitment. Each avatar represented a shared promise to reinforce our foundation and raise our ceiling, uniting the team around a common purpose.

The day concluded with a Hari Raya luncheon, filled with laughter, gratitude, and celebration, a moment that captured the spirit, unity, and drive that define Majestic Gen.
